A few weeks before your wedding we’ll meet and help turn all your hard work into a reality. We cover all the bases, from rain plans and backups, to arrivals, set ups, item lists, schedules, and more. We help pull together everything that you have already planned.
Once day of arrives, we help your event run smoothly, whether that be via a total virtual experience in which we remain on call, or the more traditional option of having our team in person onsite.
With on call we’re available via phone or “face-to-face” apps to help troubleshoot.
With onsite, we are at your event in person, carrying out tasks like setting up, coordinating vendors, helping your event remain on time, troubleshooting when needed, and maintaining the overall flow of your day.
We want you to feel secure in your event without unnecessarily spending, which is why our flexible options allow even those on a strict budget to benefit from our services. When it comes to onsite, you can choose how many hours you want us there for.
