With our DAY OF COORDINATION we bridge the gaps and fill in the missing pieces.
We want you to feel secure in your event and our flexible options allow all budgets – big and small – to benefit from our services. A few weeks before your wedding we’ll meet and help turn all your hard work into a reality. We cover all the bases, from rain plans and backups, to arrivals, set ups, item lists, schedules, and more. We help pull together everything that you have already planned.
We help your event run smoothly, whether that be via a total virtual experience in which we remain on call via phone or “face-to-face” apps to help troubleshoot if needed, or the more traditional option of having our team in person onsite.
With onsite, we have you book the appropriate amount of hours that make sense for your event. There’s no need to pay for all day if you don’t need it. Options range from two hours to all day (for those that do in fact need it).
After spending weeks pulling everything together, day of we focus on carrying out those plans. At times, that means different things for different weddings and people, all depending on each couples needs. Most basically, we’re setting up your personal decor items, coordinating your vendors, helping your event remain on time, troubleshooting when needed, and maintaining the overall flow.
Our job is to ease your worries – from knowing we’re just a call away, to physically being there with you, we aim to make your wedding day stress-free and perfect.
