With DAY OF COORDINATION, we pull together everything that you have already planned, bridge the gaps, and fill in the missing pieces. On the day of your event, we carry out tasks such as set up, coordinating your vendors, helping your event remain on time (and on point), troubleshooting when needed, and maintaining the overall flow of your day for however many hours you choose. We also offer a total virtual option for those couples on a strict budget.

PLANNING

For those who want assistance with either some or all aspects of their event, we offer one partial planning package and two full planning packages to choose from. Stuck on decor? Need assistance hiring some vendors? Our Partial Planning packages is perfect! We conceptualize designs, find appropriate vendors, and assist in securing items. We create a planning timeline to ensure the entire process remains on point. From point of start, we remain your go-to, tracking your progress and stepping in as a steady resource when needed, with day of onsite options to fit your needs!

Meanwhile, Full Planning encompasses it all — from venue to vendors, and everything in between! We also offer an entire wedding weekend package, which helps plan your entire weekend down to the littlest detail, all custom tailored to fit your needs, style, and budget. We always present information in a non-overwhelming manner and handle most of the communication, saving you time (and where we can, money!). We take a hands on approach, negotiating and looking over contracts, developing your vision, and guiding you every step of the way.
