Virtually Perfect Events offers VIRTUAL week of, partial, and full wedding planning, servicing the Hudson Valley, New York City, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond. While our expertise is the Hudson Valley and New York Metro Areas, we have experience planning many National and even International events, and due to our unique virtual nature we're able to extend our services across the globe. We're best known for our attention to detail, which is why we only take on a limited number of events per year. Our business is virtual, which means we plan alongside you virtually. We're also available to you and your vendors virtually the day of your event. However, we do also offer a VERY LIMITED number of onsite day of add ons each year. We book up quickly, so it's best to secure your date as soon as possible. Week Of

We have two week of packages to choose from. Basic details include Virtually Perfect Events coming in around two weeks before your event to help pull everything together. It's all about setting up your team of vendors for a successful event. We create our famous day of layout, which thoroughly details the day. Partial Planning

We offer two partial planning packages, including one in which specifically focuses on your events vision! Basic details include Virtually Perfect Events coming in around halfway through your planning. We're available to answer any questions you may have, and help plan certain aspects of your event from that point forward. We assist specifically in developing and fine-tuning the overall vision of your event. Some package highlights include assisting from as early as six months out, multiple phone, Skype/FaceTime meetings, Day Of Layout, vision development, including vendor referrals, and more...

Full Planning

Our two full planning packages take care of it all! They include having Virtually Perfect Events alongside you every step of the way. We set up a planning timeline, budget breakdown, refer and help hire vendors, look over contracts, assist in developing your vision, and offer many phone and Skype/FaceTime meetings. These can be used to discuss your event, or even have us "sit in" on vendor meetings. A few package highlights include planning as early as eighteen months out, a planning timeline, which is different from your event's day of layout, budget breakdown with reminders and tracking, assistance hiring vendors, our famous Day of layout, and so much more...

Day Of

Our packages are so affordable because the planning is done virtually. There are so many amazing venues out there that have their own onsite coordinators, and between utilizing them and your vendors following our very detailed day of layout, we found it to be an extreme waste to have your event staffed by a planner as well. Planning is one thing, but paying someone to sit there for HOURS day of is another. We're still on call day of, available via phone, Skype/FaceTime should you or your vendors need anything at all, but this service allows clients to save money while utilizing an experienced planner. We organize your event and vendors, providing them with the tools needed to make your event a success. Starting with ensuring everyone is on the same page, and going over the details, details, details.

With that said, not all venues provide a full service experience, and some clients still need someone present day of. Therefore, we have a limited number of add ons offered yearly for those that need us onsite day of.
